• Joe has been very successful in the fields of consulting, sales, marketing, and business ownership. He sold his six year old sales and marketing firm to a co-founder of Formula 409® in 1991. He has owned several companies which have been sold or merged successfully. He has been an entrepreneur since high school and has been an employee only twice in his adult life. He credits his experience as Vice President of Marketing for Century 21 International in the late 70's and early 80's during a heyday of growth as a proving ground for his marketing, management and sales experience. He has been a consultant since 1983.
• Joe attended the University of Central Florida which at the time was an engineering school. His love of sales was developing and a part time college job in audio sales lead to his employment and eventual ownership of a manufacturer's representative company representing several international electronics companies. His company set many national sales records which were surprising to many but had become a pattern for its youthful owner.
