Client Services

Lydia joined BizAdvocates in 2003 after having worked in the health care and elderly service sector for many years. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for twenty years, where she held lead nurse and other nursing supervisor positions. She attributes her strong people skills to her nursing and service sector background and her many years of experience working with people.

She was also the Quality Control Coordinator for a manufacturing firm where she gained knowledge of manufacturing operations and rich expertise in Total Quality Improvement.

Lydia is responsible for the maintenance and much of the back room operations of our company. She ensures all documents are current; equipment is in working order; due diligence (FODD) manuals are prepared and mailed as needed; provides Internet research as required; runs the mail room, maintains the mailing lists and is responsible for the monthly mailings; and is responsible for account receivables collection. Lydia also destroys confidential documents in a secure manner ensuring that all personal information is protected appropriately.

Lydia has also taken on different roles for the Meals on Wheels program over the years. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, hike, garden, and learn new things. She enjoys her motor home adventures with husband, Eldon.
