Lydia works with prospective exiting parties (sellers), and is responsible for the gathering financial data and communication with exiting parties. Lydia comes to BizAdvocates having worked in the health care and elderly service sector for many years. She was employed as a Registered Nurse for twenty years, where she held lead nurse and other nursing supervisor positions. She attributes her strong people skills to her nursing and service sector background and her many years of experience working with people.
When her family relocated to Spokane, WA, she retired from nursing and expanded into the private business sector. She was the Quality Control Coordinator for a manufacturing firm where she gained knowledge of manufacturing operations and rich expertise in Total Quality Improvement. Lydia has also taken on different roles for the Meals on Wheels program over the years. She is an avid reader, loves to travel, hike, garden, and learn new things.
